With more than 5 years working in hospital and community settings, my experience providing psychological assessment and treatment to adults covers a broad range of issues including:

Types of Therapy

The main treatment approaches I have training and experience in are Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
