With more than 5 years working in hospital and community settings, my experience providing psychological assessment and treatment to adults covers a broad range of issues including:

Types of Therapy

​

The main treatment approaches I have training and experience in are Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Each of these approaches has been shown to be effective in treating many of the types of problems my clients present with. (To read more about these therapies, click the link below).
